A Price man has been sentenced to -years in prison for raping his severely disabled stepdaughter.
Dozens of people gathered outside a courthouse where 52-year-old Brian Kenneth Urban was being sentenced on April 5, 2024. They rallied in support of his severely disabled stepdaughter, 31-year-old Ashley Vigil , whom he was convicted of repeatedly raping before her death in March. A Price man was sentenced to serve his five felony charges consecutively after he pled guilty to raping his severely disabled stepdaughter.
His sentencing hearing was held on Friday at West Jordan District Court after he was convicted in October.
