STAF Majlis Daerah Beaufort akan terus memantau keadaan di satu bahagian pekan itu dalam usaha mengenal pasti pihak tidak bertanggungjawab yang membuang sampah mereka di belakang sebuah pusat tong sampah di Lorong Beaufort Sentral, baru-baru ini.
Sementara itu, 159 kutu sampah dikenakan kompaun sejak April kerana membuang puntung rokok mereka secara sembarangan di kawasan umum di sekitar beberapa pusat komersial di Kota Kinabalu, sebagai sebahagian daripada Ops Bersih Dewan Bandaraya Kota Kinabalu . Jengkaut dikerah untuk membantu pembersihan.
