Costa Rican authorities say a U.S. strike on a suspected drug-smuggling boat off the country's coast has left at least two people dead and one critically injured. On Friday, Costa Rica’s Red Cross says it got a Coast Guard alert about a shipwreck at 8:15 a.m. Rescuers found one person with severe burns and chest trauma.
