WATCH: The United States has sought to clarify its version of events over the Black Sea by releasing a 45-second video of the moment a Russian fighter jet intercepted one of its multi-million dollar drones this week.
The US military shared the vision on Thursday morning , which showed the Su-27 aircraft approaching the MQ-9 Reaper drone from behind.
The jet then comes back around a second time at a slightly lower altitude before lifting and releasing more fuel over the drone. At this point the video feed cuts out. "This hazardous episode if a part of a patter of aggressive, risky, and unsafe actions by Russian pilots in international airspace," he said at a press conference.
