The S&P Global preliminary PMI s for November are likely to show little variation from the October final readings. Markets are undecided on whether the Federal Reserve will lower the policy rate again in December. EUR/USD remains technically bearish ahead of the PMI data. S&P Global will publish the preliminary estimates of the United States Purchasing Managers Indexes for November on Friday. The indexes result from surveys of the senior executives in the private sector.

This results in a stronger US Dollar as it makes the US a more attractive place for international investors to park their money. When inflation falls below 2% or the Unemployment Rate is too high, the Fed may lower interest rates to encourage borrowing, which weighs on the Greenback.
