U.S. stock index futures were slightly higher Tuesday morning, amid the busiest week for earnings.
Wall Street ended Monday's session on a strong note after the S&P 500 hit a record high.The U.S. said that it is considering extending certain tariff exclusions on $34 billion of imports from China.At around 01:20 a.m. ET, Dow futures rose 3 points, indicating a positive open of more than 19 points. Futures on the S&P and Nasdaq were mostly flat.
Wall Street ended Monday's session on a strong note after the S&P 500 hit a record high. Strong earnings and news of further progress in trade talks between the U.S. and China helped boosting prices. S&P's record high extended the second-largest ever bull market to 3,885 days, according to data from Bespoke Investment Group.
