The US Department of Homeland Security extends Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Venezuelans and Salvadorans, citing humanitarian crises and environmental conditions. This extension allows over 600,000 Venezuelans and 230,000 Salvadorans currently residing in the US to legally remain for another 18 months.
