US delays repatriating more 1MDB funds to Malaysia, says report

FOLLOWING the ousting of the Pakatan Harapan government, US authorities have decided for now to hold on to the remainder of the recovered 1MDB millions that were scheduled to be returned to Malaysia,Citing sources with direct knowledge of the case, the report said that the US Department of Justice has delayed repatriating to Malaysia US$240 million more of money that was stolen from the state investment fund.
