A major road on the border of Fulwood and Deepdale is due to be shut for urgent repairs on Saturday morning.Potholes the ‘number one priority’ for Lancashire residents
A spokesperson for the county council said: “The surface has been damaged by all the wet weather we’ve been having over the winter and we need to carry out this maintenance to make the road safe.“There’ll be a signed diversion in place via Watling Street Road, Garstang Road and Blackpool Road while the closure is in place. Entrance and access to the Sainsbury superstore via Blackpool Rd will not be affected.
