University of Queensland researchers need participants for a study to help understand how people manage their work-life balance and recover from daily work stress.

Historically, the conversation around attaining work-life balance has focused on managing boundaries such as keeping work at work, and home at home. Dr Parker said the law was a strong step forward in recognizing the importance of having uninterrupted downtime to recover from work. "That's why it's important people understand how they can manage the balance between work and home life and have strong boundaries in place.
