Senator Markwayne Mullin had to face Senator Rand Paul at his confirmation hearing to be Homeland Security Secretary. To say the exchange was testy is an understatement.

A private Poughkeepsie university failed to protect students from a confessed sex-addicted classmate who allegedly placed peeping-tom cameras in campus bathrooms, a new lawsuit claims. Former Marist University student Kyle Petrozzi, 23, was indicted last year on 16 felony charges for allegedly installing multiple surveillance cameras in a major campus hall’s unisex bathrooms,Former Marist University student Kyle Petrozzi was charged last fall with 16 felonies in connection to the sick bathroom cameras.

Petrozzi, then a senior, was expelled when the cameras were discovered in May 2025 — but the suit filed Thursday accuses Marist of failing to properly “inspect and maintain” the bathrooms, allowing the accused creep to keep them rolling. “I was recorded using the bathroom in a place that I trusted and where I felt safe,” said the alleged victim, who filed the Westchester County Supreme Court claim as a Jane Doe. “This incident has made me very anxious and has taken a big emotional toll,” she said. “No one deserves this.” Florida cops put unruly college kids on spring break on blast with ruthless X posts: ‘They ain’t stayin’ here’Children of Iran’s regime leaders are educating America’s students at colleges from New York to Los Angeles Marist — which has over 3,300 undergrad students and charges $72,000 a year for tuition, food and housing — failed to discover the cameras for at least two weeks as multiple people’s private moments were recorded, the suit alleges. “Due to defendant Marist’s failure to adequately maintain their restrooms, plaintiff and the class members were viewed, photographed, and/or recorded,” the suit claims. Doe is the only alleged victim involved in the class action suit currently, but her attorneys estimated that up to 80 people could have been recorded without their consent. “The illegal recordings perpetrated by a Marist student on Marist’s campus against other Marist students is a travesty that never should have happened,” claimed her lawyer, Nathan E. Werksman. It’s unclear what happened to the footage, Werksman said, adding that more details will emerge as the criminal proceedings move forward. Petrozzi, 23, is accused of taping the cameras to an exposed pipe under sinks inside the restroom at Marist’s Dyson Hall — affording a perfect view of the toilet, Werksman said. But the alleged tradecraft was discovered when a woman kneeled down to pick up her dropped phone, and came face to face with a hidden camera, according to Werksman, citing prosecutors — who didn’t return The Post’s requests for comment Thursday. Marist told The Post that the school immediately took action when the cameras were found, and worked closely with investigators. “Marist is actively reviewing the lawsuit and has remained focused on supporting any individual who may have been impacted,” said university spokesman Anthony Proia. Petrozzi’s lawyer, Richard Portale, said his client “has suffered since childhood from a significant history of Crohn’s disease and a learning disability for which he was chronically self medicating at the time.” “He has and will continue to accept responsibility by continuing to engage in intensive treatment which began immediately upon surrendering himself to authorities,” Portale said in a statement. “We ask for space for the legal and therapeutic processes to move forward, and for the women impacted to continue receiving the respect and support they deserve.”Missing Alabama student's body recovered in Barcelona: reports Trump draws gasps with shocking Pearl Harbor quip in front of Japanese PM over Iran 'surprise attack'Fans roast Jaxson Dart’s latest look on Instagram: ‘Pastor Jax comin in’US deploys A-10 Warthogs and Apaches as questions rise on ground troops in Iran Former Marist University student Kyle Petrozzi was charged last fall with 16 felonies in connection to the sick bathroom cameras.Stream It Or Skip It: 'Imperfect Women' On Apple TV, Where A Murder Unearths Secrets Among A Group Of Longtime Friends
