Police are looking for a suspect who allegedly fired a gun at a 56-year-old man on Manhattan’s Upper West Side earlier this month.
According to police, the victim was involved in a verbal dispute with the suspect on Saturday, June 1, at approximately 9:45 a.m.
The NYPD could not confirm what led to the argument, but the altercation escalated when the suspect whipped out a gun and fired a shot toward the victim, law enforcement sources said. Law enforcement sources said the victim suffered a wound to his left ear as a result of the shooting.On June 11, the NYPD released surveillance photos of the suspect. Police describe him as a man with a medium complexion and slim build, standing approximately 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighing about 165 pounds. He was last seen wearing black jeans and white sneakers.
