experienced by some Auburn University students at the site of the recently discovered "Clotilda," the last known ship to bring enslaved Africans to the U.S. is now being called into question.
Clotilda descendant Darron Patterson was also on that boat tour, and says the captian identified some debris poking out of the water as the Clotilda. Those aboard the boat say a low tide was credited for revealing what was believed to be the remains of the ship.
