One person is injured after a stabbing late Sunday night in Lancaster city, according to emergency dispatchers.
Police are investigating two separate stabbings that happened Sunday night in Lancaster city.news releaseOfficers responded to the ER at 9:09 p.m. to speak with the victim, who told police that a male called out the victim's name before stabbing them in the back.
"Fortunately, the victim was able to find someone to transport them to the hospital where they are being treated for non-life-threatening injuries," police wrote in the press release. The victim was not able to get a description of the suspect, and police ask anyone with information to call 717-735-3300 or to anonymously leave a tip online viaOfficers were dispatched to a fight in that location, and on scene, they found a person who'd been stabbed in the back.
The victim reportedly told officers that he had attempted to intervene when he saw two people fighting. The individuals, identified as Marvin Henson and Emelidihbette Murphy, proceeded to assault the victim, police said.Officers found both suspects on scene.
