Updated: May. 11, 2024, 4:22 p.m."At 4:16 p.m., a severe thunderstorm was located near Powhatan Point, or near Moundsville, moving east at 35 mph," states the weather service. "Minor hail damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind damage to trees and power lines, resulting in some power outages."
