Police are looking to charge the person responsible for hateful grafitti found throughout Millersville University's campus.

According to court documents, Millersville University campus police were notified of a swastika that was drawn in sharpie on the inside of an elevator in the East Village B suites on October 29th.

After reviewing camera footage, it was found that three subjects had walked by the area of the swastika on October 29th. One of the subjects was seen bending down to write with a pen on the sidewalk. During a later interview with Rosencrans on November 1st, Rosencrans admitted to drawing a swastika on two locations, which included both the elevator and the sidewalk. Rosencrans said he understood the significance of the symbol and how it could be interpreted as anti-Semitic.

Police are looking to charge the person responsible for hateful graffiti found throughout Millersville University's campus.
