Drivers using some of Watford’s busiest roads may have their journeys delayed for reasons including bus stop improvement works and shrub pruning.

The bus stop works are due to take place in Beechen Grove next week, with lane closures are planned in both Radlett Road and Exchange Road to allow workers to safely prune shrubs next to the carriageway.

The following information is sourced from the One.Network website and is a selection of roadworks due to take place in Watford over the next few weeks., from Monday to Wednesday when a lane is closed for improvement works on a bus stop. The work is due to take place on the westbound carriageway, 73m west of the junction with Albert Road South.

- Two-way traffic lights will be in use in Balmoral Road, Watford, from Monday to Friday for works by Eclipse Power Networks. The work is scheduled to take place from 7.30am to 5pm each day., on Tuesday for bollard replacement works. The closure will be effective from 9.30am to 3.30pm close to the exit of Sutton Car Park., when Affinity Water carry out works from November 4 to November 6. This work is due to happen close to the junction with Harwoods Road., to prune shrubs next to the road.
