Upcoming MMO ‘Soulframe’ Expands Pre-Alpha And Opens Founders Program

Soulframe developer Digital Extremes is opening up the Founders program to allow players in on the ground floor while they continue making the game.

The new Preludes 12 update adds a range of gameplay improvements, expands early combat options, and, most notably, officially launches the game’sThis means you can buy your way into the game early now instead of needing to wait on an invite code.

Improvements include clearer Fable tracking, easier access to traversal options, and the ability to test all three starting Pacts before committing to one. Digital Extremes is also introducing more structured progression features. New fauna-based Totems and Runes allow players to further specialize their combat style depending on weapon class, while Siege Encounters act as combat-focused side missions with escalating waves of enemies. A new vendor, Zenith—described as a “dale seer camel”—joins the Nightfold hub to offer goods and Founders-related items.The newly launched Founders program is the biggest addition. Digital Extremes is inviting players to choose one of four Founder paths, each tied to a “Wyld Pact” archetype: fighter, mage, archer, or a premium “Wyld Paragon” tier that bundles all three. Founder packages include exclusive weapons, armor sets, dyes, cosmetics, Arcs , invite codes for friends, and a crossover longsword skin for. Founders will also have the ability to “etch” their name into the Eternium Garden social hub through a unique planted Bloom.
