With the current challenges and demand in the job market, varsities and colleges need to think various ways on how to develop multiple skill sets and knowledge among their graduates to be successful in their chosen field, able to represent their reputable image and meet the expectations of the respective industry.
Keeping this to mind UOW Malaysia has continuously improved its standards to produce well-rounded graduates, who could meet the demand of the employers from various industries, which was clearly reflected in the recent survey by Talentbank.
