Rangers GM Chris Young and president of baseball operations acknowledge the protocols could cause some juggling of the roster for the team, but weren’t certain of the number of unvaccinated players on the 40-man roster. The Rangers had not permitted to talk with players between Dec. 1 and late Thursday due to the 99-day lockout.
