Michael Nersesov, a 17-year-old student at University School in Hunting Valley, Ohio, has found success by capitalizing on the Dubai chocolate trend. When he's not busy with his studies, piano practice, or tennis matches, Nersesov dedicates his time to perfecting his unique chocolate recipe. Inspired by the widespread popularity of Dubai chocolate, he decided to give it a try, and his efforts have proven highly rewarding.

As a participant in the University School's Young Entrepreneur Institute, Nersesov was challenged to create a business that could generate at least $1,000 in profit.His venture, focused on the Dubai chocolate trend, has not only met this goal but has also allowed him to give back to the community. He allocates a portion of his earnings to fund the business, while also making charitable donations. In November, he contributed to Feeding America for Thanksgiving, and in December, he supported children who are war refugees by providing them with gifts. For January, he plans to donate to victims of the California wildfires.Nersesov's Dubai chocolate is similar to a conventional chocolate bar but features a delightful surprise. Upon cracking it open, consumers discover a gooey filling made with pistachio paste and knafeh. The Young Entrepreneur Institute, according to its Executive Director, Ilene Frankel, aims to inspire students through hands-on experiences.
