Fort Hare vice-chancellor, Professor Sakhele Buhlungu will continue his duties on Monday, despite his bodyguard's assassination outside his Alice residence in the Eastern Cape on Friday.
According to the university, Buhlungu will not take special leave, and additional security measures have been put in place at the university. On Saturday, Buhlungu told News24 he"was not in a very good space to speak".
