Nearly 70% of Alabama high schools serve rural or small-town communities.
Published: Sep. 16, 2024, 11:14 a.m.The University of Alabama has joined STARS College Network, a union of 32 of the nation’s most prominent institutions, in an effort to help rural and small town students.
UA and STARS will join together to support pipeline programs and recruiting efforts aimed at students. This helps students looking to go to college and colleges wishing for more diversity in their programs.
