Thompson was a married father of two children from Maple Grove, Minnesota. He worked for UnitedHealth Group for 20 years.Authorities say Luigi Mangione shot and killed Thompson, and he was ultimately arrested inside a Pennsylvania McDonald's after a five-day search.
