Manchester United reportedly had a bid for Matthijs de Ligt rejected on Friday
Manuel Neuer has praised the qualities of team-mate Matthijs de Ligt - but insisted it is not his decision as to whether the defender remains at the club this summer as he continues to be linked with a move to Manchester United.

He's a real defender who likes to fight; he throws himself into the fight, even in aerial duels, and he's always there.De Ligt was included in the Netherlands' squad for this summer's European Championships but failed to earn any game time under manager Ronald Koeman.
