While the aircraft are not expected to hit the market until 2026, Eve joined the stock market in May of this year. United Airlines isn’t putting all of its eggs into one electric basket, though. The company also put $10 million down for 100 electric aircraft from Archer Aviation.in the past several years. It’s always an exciting dream to think about fully electric air transport, but we don’t really know yet how much it will become commercially competitive.
