They’re hopeful they’ll find a name for this Jane Doe and bring her family, including her child, some answers.As spring took hold on Lake Erie, the tide brought in a mystery under the shadows of rollercoasters at Cedar Point. “This is very sad. I mean, this is someone’s family member out here. That’s been missing. They have no answers on this. This has been a long time. This is this is a tragedy for this person’s family, and for her to be out here and being unknown and unidentified. It’s very sad,” he said.
Investigators also found a 14 karat white gold ring with a solitaire diamond on her right ring finger inscribed with the letters “C E.”
