Investigators then posed as clients and said that two employees offered them sex and/or sex acts in exchange for money.
Yu-Hsuan Huang and Hsiu-Ching Huang, who are not licensed massage therapists, were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Prostitution.Woman charged with promotion of prostitution at NE Harris County massage parlor According to Constable Mark Herman, these establishments are frequently used by criminals for a variety of illegal activities. He also stressed that these women may have been intimidated by traffickers.
