A man charged with selling cocaine to an undercover cop was arrested and released nearly a year after the alleged meetup.
Taylor John Etienne was arrested in another county 11 months after after the alleged drug deal , and returned 5 days after that.
“I exited the vehicle and got back into the undercover vehicle and left the area after the transaction. This transaction was audio/video recorded for court purposes.” Finally, he wrote about confirming Etienne’s phone number, and searching mugshots and driver's license photos, and how he “immediately recognized Etienne as the male who sold me rock cocaine.”The National Desk could not find any previous arrests in Manatee County or Lake County, where Etienne was eventually arrested on a warrant this past June 8.
