Uncertainty over Mkhwebane's legal team

Suspended Public Protector Busisiswe Mkhwebane says her legal team remains unchanged.

However, neither she nor her legal team have been able to explain why Advocate Dali Mpofu walked out of proceedings last week.

Mpofu walked out of the hearing into Mkhwebane's fitness to hold office after her request for an adjournment was refused.The committee chair, Richard Dyantyi, says Mkwhebane is entitled to legal representation, but they still require answers.
