Umno fail permohonan prosiding hina mahkamah terhadap CIMB

UMNO memfailkan permohonan untuk memulakan prosiding menghina mahkamah terhadap CIMB Bank setelah bank tersebut tidak melepaskan RM192 juta wang parti politik itu walaupun terdapat perintah Mahkamah Tinggi bulan lepas untuk berbuat demikian dengan segera. Peguamnya Hariharan Tara Singh berkata tindakan itu diambil setelah bank tersebut tidak mematuhi keputusan Mahkamah Tinggi pada 19 Jun yang menolak permohonan pendakwaan untuk menggantung pelaksanaan perintah itu berhubung permohonan untuk melucut hak wang berkenaan.
