The number of Russian soldiers around the southern city of Mariupol has increased by up to 15,000 according to Petro Andriushchenko, an advisor to the mayor of Mariupol.
Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said on Saturday:"The situation is difficult, the scale of the accident is significant, it is impossible to quickly restore power supply, in particular to critical infrastructure." "I hope they will do the same thing and keep the ban in place. I don't think it should change," she told the BBC. 'All of Ukraine will burn' if more Western tanks move in, says Russia "The result will be just the opposite," Medvedev replied, in comments that Fridrikhson posted on her Telegram channel.
Andriy Yermak, head of the Ukrainian president's office, tweeted:"We managed to return the bodies of the dead foreign volunteers - Christopher Matthew Perry and Andrew Tobias Matthew, as well as the body of the dead volunteer soldier - a Ukrainian who served in the French Foreign Legion - Yevgeny Olegovych Kulik. In the"big exchange of prisoners" Ukraine has now confirmed it has swapped 116 of its people in exchange for the previously-confirmed 63 returned to Russia.
