Ukrainian drones attacked the only large oil refinery on Russia's Black Sea coast on Friday morning, authorities said.The attack on the Rosneft-owned refinery in the southern Russian town of Tuapse was reported by local authorities, who said a fire had broken out at the facility and that emergency services were working to extinguish the blaze.

What We KnowThe Tuapse oil refinery, constructed in 1929, is located on Russia's Black Sea coast and is one of the nation's oldest. It supplies fuel to countries including China, Turkey, Malaysia and Singapore.The Shot Telegram channel reported that an air raid siren went off in Tuapse.Veniamin Kondratyev, governor of the Krasnodar region, said on Telegram that Ukraine also 'unsuccessfully tried to attack civilian targets' in Novorossiysk overnight.
