The UK has imposed sanctions on several named officials in annexed Ukrainian regions of Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, Donetsk, and Crimea. Meanwhile, a new round of conscription will begin across Russia on Sunday - but new recruits will not be sent to participate in the conflict in Ukraine.
