Joe Biden has been speaking to Polish president Andrzej Duda this afternoon in front of the world's press. Mr Biden also said the whole of NATO should be taking on refugees, given Poland's significant role in that process.We told you earlier that Kyiv would be under curfew conditions from this evening until Monday morning, after an announcement from Vitali Klitschko.
