UiTM Sabah rector Associate Professor Dr Rozita @ Uji Mohammed receiving her Outstanding Woman Award from Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Shahelmey Yahya in Kota Kinabalu, recently.
The award was presented during the Sabah State Women's Day Celebration 2024 on August 23, organised by the Sabah Women's Affairs Department . “This award reaffirms my commitment to furthering the development of our state and community, with a particular focus on empowering women and improving educational standards,” she said in a statement by the university on Monday .With a PhD in Islamic Finance from Universiti Malaysia Sabah, Rozita has 25 years of experience in both academia and industry.
