The deal follows the beer brand's controversial partnership with transgender activist Dylan Mulvaney.

Bud Light is set to return as the official beer of UFC in the U.S. next year. Under a new multi-year marketing deal between UFC and Bud Light maker Anheuser-Busch, the brewer will become the mixed martial arts organization's âOfficial Beer Partnerâ in the U.S. starting Jan. 1, per a joint.
In a statement, UFC CEO Dana White said he was glad to welcome the company as the two organizations share similar values. “Anheuser-Busch and Bud Light were UFC’s original beer sponsors more than fifteen years ago. I’m proud to announce we are back in business together," White said. "There are many reasons why I chose to go with Anheuser-Busch and Bud Light, most importantly because I feel we are very aligned when it comes to our core values and what the UFC brand stands for. I’m looking forward to all of the incredible things we will do in the years ahead.
