Chael Sonnen isn't convinced by Mike Tyson's training video.
UFC legend Chael Sonnen has questioned Mike Tyson's 'day one' training video ahead of his big fight against Jake Paul.It will be first appearance in a boxing ring since his exhibition bout against Roy Jones Jr back in November 2020.On Thursday, Tyson started his training camp as he posted a video of himself hitting the pads with Rafael Cordeiro.
On X, he wrote: "In the future, if you’re ever going to spend five seconds hitting mitts, as a way of making the audience believe you’re doing a training session, make sure you splash water on your face and T-shirt first."Speaking on the PBD Podcast, Sonnen touched on the extreme age difference between Tyson and Paul as he referenced Vitor Belfort's boxing match against Evander Holyfield."Vitor Belfort, who has never boxed, put him away so fast.
