As indeed are well all.
Following a big interception during your UCLA Bruins' unexpected 25-17 victory over the Washington State University Cougars, linebacker Oluwafemi Oladejo spoke to gathered reporters after a team practice about how the team is adjusting to the quicker-team offense of the club's next opponent, the Oregon State Beavers."How different is the challenge this week after going against such a pass-happy attack ?" a reporter asked ."Oregon State does like to run the ball a lot.
"Yeah definitely," Oladejo conceded."I think, similar to San Diego State, just going back into that mindset of, 'Be downhill.' We're expecting a lot of downhill run to play actions, so just doing our job, reading our keys." When asked if he preferred a quick-paced attack, Oladejo enthusiastically responded in the affirmative. We sure hope so. Oladejo has emerged as a clutch contributor on a surprisingly stalwart defense this season.
The 6'3", 250-pound junior transfer out of Cal has recorded 19 total tackles thus far , one pass defended, and most recently his lone interception against the Cougars this past weekend.Copyright ABG-SI LLC. SPORTS ILLUSTRATED is a registered trademark of ABG-SI LLC. All Rights Reserved.
