An Uber driver allegedly admitted to raping a passenger who passed out drunk on a ride home from a party in Kentucky , according to police. Rideshare driver Clifford E. Partin, 61, had picked up the woman in Richmond in August because she was too intoxicated to drive home, according to an arrest She passed out shortly after the ride began and, while she was still unconscious, he allegedly drove to a secluded spot hidden by bushes and raped her.
The passenger told police she woke up in the parking lot and demanded she be driven home, according to police.
