Ford, General Motors, and Stellantis have laid off more employees as the UAW strike continues.
More Big Three autoworkers have been laid off as the UAW strike enters its 26th day. Ford, Stellantis, and GM all announced more layoffs this week.More Ford, General Motors, and Stellantis employees were told not to report to work this week as the UAW strike continues.
On Monday, GM shared details of its newest offer. This includes 20% wage increases over the life of the contract, with the first 10% increase in the first year. According to the automaker, most full-time UAW-represented employees will make $39.24 an hour by the end of the contract.
