The U.S. won’t lift restrictions on international travel at this point, a White House official said Monday, citing rising coronavirus cases at home and abroad caused by the Delta variant
“The administration understands the importance of international travel and is united in wanting to reopen international travel in a safe and sustainable manner,” the
official said.The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recently advised Americans against traveling to the United Kingdom due to a surge in coronavirus cases there.
