Simone Biles is the favorite to win her eighth all-around national title Sunday at the final day of the U.S. championships- in San Jose, building on her successful return to elite competition earlier this month.
Biles is appearing at just her second competition since the Tokyo Olympics in 2021, when she withdrew from multiple events, but she looks to be back to full form.. Her score of 59.300 is 2.75 points ahead of Shilese Jones in second place, followed by Skye Blakely in third. Scores are cumulative across the two days, so Biles only needs to avoid major errors to secure the title.
