“Odette” is expected to exit the Philippine area of responsibility by Saturday morning or afternoon.Pagasa said heavy to torrential rain is expected in the Kalayaan Islands and moderate to heavy rain in mainland Palawan, Aurora, and the northern portion of Quezon including Polillo Islands.
A rainy Saturday is also forecast in the Bicol region, Northern Samar, Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino, Nueva Ecija, and the rest of Quezon.“Destructive typhoon-force winds will be experienced within any of the areas where TCWS #3 is in effect. This may bring moderate to heavy damage to structures and vegetation. Damaging winds reaching gale- to storm-force strength will be experienced within any of the areas where TCWS #2 is in effect.
