“And I'm going to want a complete review after it's all said and done to see if Tyler met its contractual duties and obligations," says Judge Sakai. "What we just approved relates to our officers for traffic stops it’s the e-ticketing device, so we don’t have any migration issues to worry about here on the city’s side," says District 10 Councilman Marc Whyte.

“And our officers have been able to test this technology, it was the preferred technology, and it’s just going to allow SAPD to be more efficient when they stop somebody for some sort of traffic ticket,” says Councilman Whyte.
