The Texas Department of Transportation plans to close part of Interstate 10 at its crossing with Loop 1604 this weekend as part of a long-running construction project. The state transportation agency announced Friday that it would close I-10 eastbound at its crossing with Loop 1604 from 9 p.m. Friday until 5 a.m. Monday for 'bridge construction.
