A two-year-old toddler was summoned by the courts for failing to pay council tax for two properties. Benjamin Lee, from Castle Bromwich, was sent letters demanding that he owed up to £1,000 to Solihull Council.To the surprise and amusement of his father Jeff Lee, 44, who opened the letter addressed to his youngest son, he wrote on Twitter: “I had a good laugh! My two-year-old son just received a Letter of Enforcement this morning for £817.
