Two wildfires are tearing through Southern California, prompting evacuations and raising concerns about potential flooding and mudslides once rain arrives. The Sepulveda Fire, near Bel Air, and the Hughes Fire, in the Angeles National Forest, are both being fueled by strong winds and dry conditions.
