Two Tshwane Metro Police Officers allegedly demanded a motorist to pay an amount of money to avoid an infringement notice.It is believed the incident happened in Diepsloot in August 2018.

“It was reportedly discovered that the disc is no longer valid, and the officers threatened the motorist with impoundment.”“The motorist was further issued with an infringement notice.” The department has been inundated by 255 complaints about their officers this current financial year alone.
