UCIPD officers found the bodies of a man and a woman after what detectives believe to have been a murder-suicide.
UCI's Office of the Chancellor reported the"incident" saying that the two victims have not yet been identified and it's not yet known what happened to them, but"preliminary information" suggests the possibility that"at least one death occurred at the hands of another."Department responded to an incident in 214 Pereira Drive, Social Science Plaza, just before 4 p.m.
on Tuesday after receiving calls about people"on the ground outside a multi-story building," FOX 11 reported.FoxThe two deaths are being investigated by the City of Irvine Police, who informed the university that there's no ongoing danger to the college community. Detectives believe the deaths were the result of a murder-suicide and that the two victims might be related, FOX 11 reported.
